2 - Six weeks in!

Two assignments, two exams, and three feet of snow later…

It’s been about six weeks since we arrived and everything seems normal now, though the snow required some getting used to. Work is stacking up a bit but generally manageable, especially considering I’m only in uni 2 days a week!

Had a few people over for Superbowl on Sunday, which was cool as it’s a bigger deal here than in the UK with promotions and stuff. We’ve been going to the cinema most Tuesdays as its half price. My friend TJ booked a box for St. John’s Ice Caps Vs Boston Providence (hockey), which was awesome!

Midterm break starts tomorrow and we’ve (me, Holly and four other exchange students) booked a trip to Marble Mountain (a ski resort in Corner Brook – the opposite side of Newfoundland) for 4 days which we’re all looking forward to.
